Our client is one of Canada?s largest privately owned transportation and logistics companies. They are looking for a Director of Maintenance to lead their 5 maintenance facilities across the country. Based in Cambridge and reporting to the President, this senior leadership position is responsible to oversee maintenance operations to optimize maintenance resources in supporting the fleet. This role will also focus on developing the maintenance leadership team to ensure that maintenance activities meet established targets and standards. The right person will have significant experience as a Maintenance Director or Manager in the transportation industry coupled with strong financial and business acumen. In addition, the right person will have excellent people, communication and problem solving skills and a desire to be part of a growing and successful company. 310T or 310J Red Seal Certification is an asset.
