As they continue to grow and evolve, they are seeking an International Project Logistics Coordinator/ Pricing Specialist to help drive growth and further their market position. Role Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day operations in our international forwarding for industrial customers in the Project Logistics department - Arrange booking of cargo with carriers, internal service providers, and agents in all modes of transport - Develop and implement work with overseas counterparts as required - Monitor and update daily shipment status to clients - Assist with invoicing, job costing, and ensure on-time file closure for month-end financial ledger closing - Prepare reports for management and customers, including quote registers and system dashboards Skills and Experiences: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in freight forwarding or project logistics - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Word, Excel (design and maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint Reimer Associates Inc. thanks you for your application and interest in this opportunity.
