Our client is a very successful and growing logistics provider based in Cambridge, ON. They are looking to add a Senior Operations Manager to their team. Reporting to the President, the Operations Manager is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible to oversee and provide guidance to the operations group and implement and sustain operational strategies and best-practices that continuously improve operational excellence and efficiency. The right candidate will have significant operations experience in trucking and transportation at a management level. In addition, they will be an innovative, forward thinking leader with strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
