Our client is a leader in Shunting and Yard Management Services with clients throughout North America. They are looking for a Senior Operations Manager for the Montreal region. Reporting to the Head of Operations and responsible for oversight of Yard Operations in the region, the right person will have significant operations management experience in the Trucking and Transportation industry coupled with a strong customer service focus. In addition, the right person will be an innovative, forward thinking leader with strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Some travel is required. Candidates must be Bilingual (French/English) to be considered for this role. The position comes with a very competitive compensation plan.
