Based in Oshawa, the Logistics Operations Manager is responsible and accountable for the management and optimal deployment of tractor and tank trailer assets within the company?s fleet. Responsible to manage the Dispatch team and Drivers to ensure trucking transportation services are safe, reliable, efficient, and profitable the incumbent will be responsible for safely servicing the logistics needs of production plants and customers across Ontario. The right person will have significant operations management experience in trucking and transportation and will be an innovative, forward thinking leader with strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
