The Director, Fleet Analytics is responsible for providing Fleet Analytics design and consulting within the Fleet Analytics team. The role requires deep expertise in commercial vehicle tractor, trailer, refrigeration unit, lift gate, bulk transport and related maintenance, with specialized skills and experience in tire programs, fuel management and strategies, including overall fleet maintenance cost reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience and expertise using data-driven insights to design actionable recommendations within the Analytics toolsets with the overall objective of improving vehicle uptime, utilization, safety, and regulatory compliance, all while driving down maintenance costs. In addition to an extensive maintenance background, the ideal candidate should have experience in tire programs, fuel management, and overall fleet maintenance cost reduction. A bachelor?s degree in business administration, engineering or a relevant field, excellent communication and presentation skills, and, familiarity with lean process optimization principles are all required.
