Project Manager - Project Logistics

About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the research, planning, coordination, and execution of complex logistics projects. This is a highly hands-on role that spans client consultation, solution design, field involvement, commercial documentation, and end-to-end project delivery. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys solving problems, working across multiple stakeholders, and managing projects that require both strategic thinking and operational detail. Key Responsibilities •Conduct research to support sales and identify project opportunities •Analyze client requirements and determine the most effective logistics solution based on service scope and project needs •Consult with clients to understand objectives, constraints, and implementation requirements •Attend client sites and/or job sites before and during project work to gather information and support solution development •Map project processes, evaluate options, and obtain pricing to finalize the best solution •Prepare proposals, including detailed scopes of work and pricing submissions •Execute field and office-related project work from commencement through final billing, including shipping and commercial documentation and letter of credit support as required Required Skills and Qualifications •CIFFA designation and/or other logistics-related designation(s) •Background in logistics, freight forwarding, project cargo, or related operations •Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset •Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a high level of accuracy and accountability •Strong communication and client consulting skills •Comfortable working in both office and field settings •Experience preparing proposals, pricing submissions, and project documentation •Ability to learn and apply internal systems, procedures, and project cargo operational processes This is a compelling opportunity for a logistics professional who wants to work on complex, high-value projects in a specialized environment where their expertise, judgment, and initiative will have real impact.
