Project Logistics Field Specialist

About the Role To aid with continued growth they are seeking an Operations – Logistics and Field Specialist to support project planning, client solutions, and on-site execution. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that blends research, logistics coordination, client interaction, and field support from early-stage scoping through to final delivery and billing. The right person will bring a strong analytical mindset, a practical problem-solving approach, and the confidence to work across both office and field environments. Key Responsibilities •Conduct research to support sales initiatives and identify project opportunities •Analyze client requirements and determine the most effective logistics solution based on scope and service needs •Visit client sites and/or job sites before and during projects to gather information and support implementation. •Map project requirements, evaluate solution options, and obtain pricing to finalize the best approach •Prepare proposals, including detailed scopes of work and pricing submissions •Support field execution and office-based coordination from project kickoff through final billing •Provide consulting and problem-solving support to clients as needed Required Skills and Qualifications •High school diploma or college diploma •Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills •Ability to assess logistics needs and develop practical, effective solutions •Comfortable working in both office and field environments •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities •Detail-oriented with sound judgment in planning, quoting, and execution •Eagerness to learn internal systems, processes, and project operations through training This is a great opportunity for a motivated logistics professional who wants to be part of a growing organization where initiative, client focus, and execution matter.
