Our client is a large transportation company who also has logistics operations. They are looking for a Bilingual HR Manager to support their Ontario operations, which is a group of 300+ employees. You ideally have senior level HR experience in transportation, distribution or manufacturing. A CHRP designation would be seen as an asset. You will report to the VP, Human Resources. You will ensure compliance with corporate policies, practices and initiatives and represent the needs of operational activities. You will ensure compliance of personnel management practices and decisions with applicable laws and policies, act as an advisor to managers and management in their interpretation.
