Our client is a key component of the North American marine shipping industry. They are looking to add a Sales Manager, Cargo Development to their team. Reporting to the Director of Market Development, the role is responsible to develop solid long term relationships with shippers and carriers to increase utilization and generate cargo volume growth. The right person will have significant sales and business development experience at a senior level, be able to travel internationally and be comfortable with an extended sales cycle. This is a hybrid role with the office located in St. Catharines. Transportation experience is considered an asset. Bilingual (FR/EN) is considered an asset. There is a very competitive compensation package offered.
