Our client is a player in the food service industry.
They are looking for a Director, National Service. The role is based in Mississauga and will have some national travel involved.
You will be someone who is empowered by leading a team, through excellent communication and people skills.
A team of Regional Managers, a Training Manager and several supervisors will be your direct reports with a national group of technicians being the people your national team will support.
You should be a hands-on, roll up your sleeves person, who likes being out in the field where the real action goes on.
You should have good problem solving skills and strong continuous improvement skills. You must be proficient in Excel and other MS Office products. Experience with an ERP like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is key.
