The role involves leading the profitable growth of the Bulk Transport business divisions in North America. This includes overseeing full P&L responsibility, organic growth strategies, pricing tactics, business development planning, and execution. The position requires managing cost elements such as wages, fuel, and maintenance, and leading M&A integrations when necessary. The role entails providing leadership to all operational teams within the divisions, utilizing corporate resources to optimize business performance, and ensuring robust operations planning and asset management. Additionally, the position involves overseeing sales and operations planning, driving growth strategies for owner operators and drivers, and leading financial reviews and cost reduction initiatives. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and comes with an outstanding compensation package as well as a clear pathway to increased responsibilities.
