Reimer Associates is recruiting on behalf of our national trucking industry client, who is a looking to add to their current roster of reps in Western Canada. This role could be done from a base in Vancouver, Edmonton or Calgary. You will report to the Western Canadian Sales Director. You will be a Hunter, with success after the first year achieved through 75% new client growth, in addition to growth on your current clients. The business is more based on truckload transportation, with some full container loads intermodal business. Your incentive will be awarded based on Year over Year growth. You will have no defined territory, which could include truckload or rail intermodal work. Clients could be based across Canada, as well as in the US or Mexico in addition to your core home market. There could be some flatdeck, brokerage or LTL in your revenue base. You are likely a current Sales Rep working for another Transportation firm, who is looking to grow with a business which is quite large, with the resources to effectively deliver the new business you acquire for the company. The compensation plan will include a flexible base, depending on your experience. Also, an incentive based on your Year over Year success and very good benefits. A car allowance with business fuel covered. A laptop and phone are also provided.
