They are an asset-based carrier located in the north-east GTA and operate a substantial fleet comprised of company trucks as well as owner operators. Due to growth, they are looking to add a Safety and Compliance Specialist to their team. The Safety and Compliance Specialist is an in-office role and is involved in all aspects of safety and compliance processes and procedures including driver recruiting/hiring/orientation and onboarding, driver files/compliance/training and HOS, accident/incident investigation and licencing/permits and fuel tax. The right person will be an outgoing, personable, highly organized and self-motivated individual with significant experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
