Due to continued tremendous growth, the organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager based in Mississauga, Ontario reporting to the Director Of Finance. The Accounts Receivable ultimately ensures customers receive accurate and timely invoicing for their services as part of our clients commitment to exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead the accounts receivable, pricing, and order entry teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing Monitor invoicing for all company divisions, resolving any issues causing delays Manage complex customer relationships and billing issues Oversee collections activities, ensuring timely payments from high-profile accounts Prepare weekly cash forecasts and reporting Act as a subject matter expert in the company's rating structure and pricing processes Ensure data integrity and accuracy in order entry processes Train and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and performance reviews Assist in recruiting for direct reports and developing team competencies Communicate regularly with the Controller/Director on invoicing, collections, and pricing issues Required Skills and Experience: Post-secondary degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related finance role Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic and confident self-starter with a can-do attitude Reimer Associates thanks you for your interest in this opportunity.
