Our Client is a Canadian division of a multi-national brokerage business. They desire to attract high energy, experienced sales professional to join their growing team that has well-established process for closing retail brokerage solutions, along with delivering continued year over year growth. In this position, you will lead a cross functional team in securing transportation management customers, who have previously not outsourced this work. Our client has its own very robust TMS, a very strong network of carriers and a strong base of customers to use as references. You will be involved in answering prospect RFP requirements to solve challenges through a sales solution approach for truckload, LTL, dedicated, intermodal, collaborative and related services across Canada. 5+ years of Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development of transportation services, possibly in Dedicated Freight, or Truckload or Transportation Management. You will have a proven ability to drive a diagnostic sales campaign – presenting a thoughtful “reason to take action”, knowledge of sales strategies and knowledge of sales lead generation tools. They are also prepared to offer a very strong compensation package; $75 - 100k base salary + ability to double that in commissions within a couple of years.
