Position: Ocean Import Customer Service Manager

Our client is a good sized international freight forwarder with offices around the world. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager to help manage the increasing demands of their customers. You will be based in their Toronto office.
You will have a staff of 5-10 in Toronto and report to the Director of Customer Service.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years managing ocean import customer service. You will have experience dealing with Operational exceptions and be able to work with customers and provide guidance to the customer service reps as to how to manage their clients. Mentoring your staff will be one of your best traits.
Experience dealing with bulk liquid shipments would be a definite asset.
Good experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
