Working out of the Brampton location, and responsible for a team of 10 people, the right person must be FLUENTLY BILINGUAL (French and English), will have 5+ years progressive management experience in a call centre environment (or equivalent), well developed customer service skills, excellent people, communication and managerial skills, and strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills. In addition, the right person will have a solid understanding of department scheduling, volume management, individual/team performance measures and Call Centre metrics.
