Our client is a major national trucking business. They have a need for a Customer Services Manager to manager their National Customer Service Centre, including VIP Service You will Manager and Coordinate activities of the Customer Service Department engaged in providing assistance and direction to customers regarding their queries and requests. You will be responsible for all facets of customer service and overseeing all of the department's functions. You will be providing Direction and Resolutions to Major Customer queries. You will also directly manage 25 employees in the Customer Service Department. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include full staff management responsibilities. A good compensation package accompanies this role
