Position: Key Account Customer Service Manager

Our client is a leading asset based transportation provider in Canada. They have an immediate need for a Winnipeg-based Key Account Customer Service Manager. The primary responsibility is to ensure the company effectively meets or exceeds all client KPI’s and maintains a superior client experience. Additional responsibilities include;

Devise and establish company quality procedures and specifications to meet client requirements
Liaise with customer to assess requirements and regularly review company performance
Work with staff and client to establish quality requirements
Set standards for quality, process health and safety and ensure those standards are met
Establish and maintain controls and documentation procedures
Investigate methods to reduce waste and increase efficiency
