Our client is a well-known and respected Western Canada based carrier. They have a current need for a Customer Service Manager in Saskatoon. The responsibilities for this position are as follows:  Oversee Customer Service Representative’s productivity and results  Profile commodity groups and potential customers to support company goals  Provide direction and execute customer tele-solicitation for the opportunity to quote and secure new business  Provide direction to capture customer needs and oversee the pricing and presentation of the rate submissions  Ensure customer profiles and load sheets capture the necessary details to enhance customer service performance  Evaluate the business KPI’s to ensure the execution of the plan is yielding the desired outcome  Respond to customer enquiries  Evaluate weekly/monthly reposts to ensure adherence to the plan, correct invoicing, accessorial billing, etc.  Conduct face to face customer meetings when the potential business opportunity requires it  Train and manage staff and their productivity  Ensure Departmental Policies and Procedures are adhered This opportunity comes with an excellent compensation package.
